to disclose to Egret Technologies confidential information regarding their
product or process. To protect both Egret Technologies and the potential
client, we will ask that a mutual non-disclosure agreement (MNDA) is signed
by both parties. This can be either the client's MNDA or that of Egret
Technologies. This facilitates an open and frank discussion and assures
our clients that we value confidentiality. Once an engagement has been
agreed upon a more comprehensive contract is put in place that protects
both parties during and after the consulting services period.
